The David Glass Ensemble is an artist-led international theatre company celebrated for bold, imaginative, and deeply human performances. Founded in 1990 by renowned theatre-maker David Glass after years of performing and teaching around the world, the ensemble explores physical and devised theatre rooted in creativity, learning, and collaboration. Storytelling is at the heart of their work, vibrant and ever-evolving, bringing artists and audiences together across cultures through shared experiences and emotion.
the vision.
This was a unique project where I had the chance to work with the incredible work of director David Glass and photographer Robert Golden as the core inspiration. I immersed myself in their vision and style to capture the same emotion and translate it visually through the website’s design.
The website takes the viewer on a visual journey into the world of David Glass while providing all the essential functions such as an interactive calendar for upcoming shows, contact form, information about the company and their workshops, travelling schedule, and the team. Subtle movement effects create a sense of space and depth, making the website feel alive and performative in itself.
